Q How long does it take to get to the dive sites ?
A The local dive sites are only a 25 - 40 minute boat ride away depending on which site we dive first. The trip to Shark point is around 1 hour 15 min's and Hin Daeng will take 1 hour 20 min's by speed boat.
Q Do you offer hotel pick up ?
A No we don't, since there are no vehicles on the island. All transport is done by walking. And you will never have more then 10 min walk to our center , where we meet up everyday.
Q How many divers in a group ?
A The maximum number of divers per group is 4, unless you are a larger group of friends that do want to dive all together. All divers are matched up to their experience level, and dives are lead by very experienced Dive Masters and Instructors.
Q How many students in a course ?
A We teach with a maximum of 3 student divers to 1 instructor, many course also have an assistant as well to make sure everything is going smooth and is safe.
Q Is there any strong currents ?
A We do get currents around the dive sites, the strength depending on the position of the moon. We have dive sites we can dive to get away from the currents and the wall dives are awesome with the current.
Q I want to get certified, I heard it is cheaper to do it in other parts of Thailand !
A Yes, you may be able to get your certification else where at a cheaper price. Although the reasons it may be more here are, all Open water dives are conducted from our boat on some of the best dive sites in Thailand, not from a beach! Lunch is included with all dive trips, generally our lunch / surface interval is in the famous Maya Bay. You will get to see and swim with a vast number of sea creatures during your dives. Remember things are cheap for a reason !
Q How much is it to rent dive equipment ?
A All of our courses and fun dive prices include dive equipment, and if your completing your Advanced open water course we will even supply you with a dive computer. All of our equipment is regularly serviced and well maintained, most of our gear is less than 2 years old.
Q Do you have Enriched Air ?
A Yes we do ! The Enriched Air is blended on the island, by the only authorized gas blender on the island. The cost of a Enrich Air fill is 150 Baht per tank.
