Phi Phi is as well known for its nightlife as for its beaches. For this reason many people actively choose to stay in the center of the town or on Loh Dalum Bay, where most of the larger bars are concentrated. Further out, walking towards Long Beach on the Ton Sai Bay side, , you will find more civilized beach bars, often with basic tables and picnic mats on the sand, lit by candlelight.
But, back in the busy village center, if that is where you want to be, look out for the flyers that are handed out during the day, these will tell you which places are hosting that night's party,
Reggae bar is famous for it's Thai boxing show where you even can challenge your friend for a fight (protection like head guards and gloves are provided). But remember it's all for fun, so don't punch your friend to hard.
Sports Bar is the place to be if you can’t live with out your favourite sport. They show all the major sporting events, or challenge your friends for a friendly pool game! Sports bar also hosts the weekly Quiz Night where grand prizes can be won!
If live music is your choice, then pop by the Rolling Stone bar. Almost every night during the high season they host a very popular Thai cover band “Made in Thailand”. They cover everything from old school rock to the latest rock songs.
